Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare for Shipping

  Carefully disassemble your furniture if necessary and pack all items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware and instruction manuals are included.

  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture items, our logistics team will contact you to coordinate a convenient home pickup, while smaller decor items can be dropped off at any authorized carrier location using our prepaid label.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods to verify their condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
